Lionsgate is slated to release “Bangkok Dangerous” starring Nicolas Cage next month.  Music supervision services were provided by Silentbay.  Special effort was required to identify and provide clearance of songs for international music artists.

    

Silentbay obtained Song Clearances for Country Music Superstar, Toby Keith's upcoming movie, "Beer for My Horses."

Magnolia Pictures announced today the acquisition of North American rights to Trygve Allister Diesen and Lucky McKee’s Sundance discovery Red. Led by a standout performance from Brian Cox, RED features a terrific veteran cast that includes Robert Englund, Amanda Plummer and Tom Sizemore.

Silentbay provided Post Production Management and Music Supervision services to support an international production team.  Silentbay negotiated original song creations by The Green Car Motel who also have featured songs in the films, “Collateral” and “Brokeback Mountain.”

    

Silentbay provided Music Supervision services for the upcoming Hyde Park film, “Other End of the Line,” distributed by MGM. 

Music supervision services were also completed for the “Ocean of Pearls.”  Silentbay was instrumental in getting world music recording star, Karsh Kale to create original songs for the film.  Mr. Kale has just released a new album with Anoushka Shankar that include collaborations with Sting and Norah Jones
